what to expect
You can complete the attached form and have it signed by your physician or feel free to stop by our location and we can walk you through the process. The process is simple:
- Complete the order form and make arrangements for payment
- We review details with your physician and ensure care coordination
- A swab of the inside of your cheek is captured and sent to our lab
- Results are processed within 4 - 5 days and the results made available to you and your physician
- Our pharmacists is available to meet with you and your physician to discuss options at no additional cost
The assessment report is provide to you as a lifetime tool and can be updated as your life changes and the need for medication changes. Again, updates are provided at no additional cost to you.
